Chuck Houser, Agency Owner
Chuck entered the insurance field after graduating in 1982 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. He joined Indiana Insurance in 1997. The agency grew exponentially under his direction, and he purchased it in 2010. He views his own continuing education as an agency asset, because knowledge of insurance is key in providing customer insurance. As part of his continuing education, he has earned the following professional designations:
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC),
Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®),
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and
Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow
(LUTCF). He also holds a Series 7 (General Securities) Stockbrokers license but it is held through a different firm and investment transactions are not written through or related to Indiana Insurance.
All staff members participate in ongoing continuing education to maintain their licenses.
Diana Baca
has worked in the insurance industry for years. A licensed agent, she is the lead commercial lines customer service representative and has extensive experience in serving personal lines clients throughout Indiana County. As part of
her continuing education, she has earned the following professional designations:
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
Suzanne Williams first started in the insurance industry in 1987. A licensed agent, she works primarily in personal lines and all areas of customer service, including claims.
Shannon
Hill is the secretary/receptionist and also
handles claims and payments.
