Enforcement Program

The Indiana County Solid Waste Authority employs a full time Licensing and Enforcement Officer.  The Enforcement Officer works in cooperation with the Indiana County municipalities to enforce their solid waste ordinances and to help curb illegal dumping in these communities.  Currently, 25 of Indiana County's 38 municipalities have a cooperation agreement with the Indiana County Solid Waste Authority.  The officer's services are provided free of charge to any municipality that enters into a cooperation agreement with the Authority.  To report a case of illegal dumping or for more information on the Indiana County Solid Waste Authority's Enforcement Program, contact Mike Rebovich.
